• Aris is a Trainer, Consultant, HR and Org Development Practitioner for over 12 yrs
• He is a certified Tetramap Facilitator and a Points of You Explorer
• As a Trainer he has designed and customized programs like Leadership, Management and Team Development
• He did strategic planning for clients like Metrobank, Jollibee, Chowking, Profriends, Sony Films, Delloitte and Family Mart
• He leads Team Building workshops with San Miguel Corp, Westmont Pharmaceuticals, Baker & McKenzie and others
• He is a former HR Head of Kenny, Roger’s and Little Caesar’s where he mastered all aspects of HR functions, from manpower planning and recruitment, training and development, personnel administration and labor relation.
• He led Organizational Development interventions such as culture and change management, HR systems and policy formulation
• He was a Corp Personnel Manager of RFM, where he was exposed to collective bargaining agreement negotiations and dealing with Union officers and members
• He was also a Restaurant Manager at TGIFriday’s and Pizza Hut.
